A FEW USEFUL DETAILS

Before you
jump in.

Ask DeadBeak
Where does UDB run?

UDB is a Unity Editor tool. The workflows shown here run inside the Editor, including Play Mode. See the Asset Store listing for the current package's compatibility details.

Can I try it for free?

UDB Lite is a free, untimed edition with managed-data browsing, supported editing, and bookmarks. Selected advanced tools use sample previews. The public download link is being prepared. See the Lite edition and its limits →

Will my edits be saved?

That depends on the target, mode, and serialization. A Play Mode change can be temporary; asset changes can persist. UDB exposes editing controls and persistence information. Start with a small test and read the editing guide.

Is UQL included with UDB?

UQL is planned for a future full-package update and a separate standalone release. It is not included in the current Asset Store release. Confirmed release details will be added here.
